Timeline will notify you if your subscription is about to expire or has expired.
If your subscription is about to expire
If your subscription (either paid or trial) is about to end, you will receive an email notification with one of the following in the subject line:
- Subscription (trial) expires – This notification is sent a few days before the expiration of your current subscription.
- Your (trial) subscription ends today – This notification is sent on the expiration day.
After your trial period ends, your Timeline account will be suspended. Your project and repository data will be stored for up to 30 days and you will need to renew your subscription to continue working with your data.
If your subscription has expired
If your subscription expires, you will receive an email notification with one of the following in the subject line:
- Your trial subscription expired – This notification is sent for trial subscriptions.
- Your subscription expired – This notification is sent for paid subscriptions.
If you receive one of the above notifications, you will no longer be able to log in to your Timeline account. You will need to renew your subscription within the next 30 days to be able to access your account and continue working with your data. To do this, please contact your account administrator or submit a request to the technical support service on this page.
Your Timeline account has been suspended
Thirty days after the expiration of your subscription, you will receive an email notification informing you that your data has been deleted. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your account administrator or submit a request to the technical support service on this page.
