User Access Logging

ABBYY FineReader Server 14 lets you record all administrator and operator actions in a separate log. To start logging user actions, select the Enable user access logging option in the ABBYY FineReader Server Properties dialog box.

The following events are logged for administrators:

  • authorizing in the Remote Administration Console
  • starting and stopping the Server Manager
  • modifying Server Manager parameters
  • modifying workflow settings
  • adding and removing users and changing user roles

For station operators, only authorization and exit events are logged.

Approvals and rejections of documents are recorded in job logs.
