Parameters

left: [in] Specifies the coordinate of the left border of the rectangle, for which FlexiCapture SDK should check whether it has intersection with the current region.
top: [in] Specifies the coordinate of the top border of the rectangle, for which FlexiCapture SDK should check whether it has intersection with the current region.
right: [in] Specifies the coordinate of the right border of the rectangle, for which FlexiCapture SDK should check whether it has intersection with the current region.
