RemoveGarbage Method of the ImageProcessingTools Object

This method removes isolated clusters of pixels of the specified size which are considered garbage.

Important! This method can be used for black-and-white images only.

Parameters

Image: [in] This variable refers to the Image object which is to be preprocessed.
GarbageSize: [in] This variable specifies the maximum area of black dots that are to be considered garbage (in pixels). The default value is 0, which tells FlexiCapture SDK to calculate the size of garbage automatically.
Result: [out, retval] A pointer to the IImage* pointer variable that provides access to the resulting image.

This method has no specific return values. It returns the standard return values of ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK functions.
