Workflow
Both pre-configured and custom schemes can be used for processing documents. Pre-configured processing schemes can be either unattended (the Unattended mode) or involve human Operators (the Simple mode). A custom processing scheme is configured in the Advanced mode. There is also a special mode for Web Capture station.
Specifics of the Simple, Advanced, Unattended and for Web Capture station modes
- In the Simple mode, human Operators are involved. In this mode, separate stages can be used for rescanning, data verification, document assembly check, verification, batch integrity check and export confirmation. For data verification, document assembly check, verification, batch integrity check and export confirmation stages, it is also possible to use web-stations. Documents (or entire batches) can go through these stages automatically (if there no processing errors) or after they are checked and corrected by an Operator. If an error occurs, the document is sent to the exceptions stage. Likewise, an Operator may send a document to the exceptions stage.
- In the Advanced mode, complex workflow schemas can be configured. In this mode, it is possible to modify settings of base stages as well as create custom stages and include them in the processing schema. You can also enable double verification, thereby documents will be verified by two different Operators in the Data Verification Station. In this mode you can also use scripts to process documents or entire batches.
- In the Unattended mode, no Operator involvement is required to process and export documents. In the event of an error, the unrecognized image may be saved to a dedicated folder, which can be selected on the Export tab, while the successfully processed documents are automatically exported. In the Unattended mode, batches are processed in their entirety.
- In the for Web Capture station, you can specify the condition under which documents are sent to verification. This mode applies to document processed in the Web Capture station.
The order of processing is specified for each batch type. When a new batch is created, it is assigned a type, which predetermines the order of processing.
If no batch types are created, all batches are processed with the <default> settings specified for the entire project.
