About the Web Verification Station

The Web Verification Station is intended for remote verification of recognized data, processing problem batches and documents, checking document assembly errors, checking rules, and ensuring batch integrity.

Web Verification Station Operators can have roles of the following types: Verification Operator, and Senior Verification Operator. Depending on which role the Operator selected when logging in to the station, they see and can process tasks from different queues. For more information, please see the User roles section.

To access Web Verification Station, an Internet connection is required. You can use basic authentication or authenticate with the FlexiCapture Authentication Module. To log into the station, use this link: https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Verification, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed. For detailed instructions, please see the Login page section.

Important! To enable the processing of queued tasks on Web Verification Station, the Enable web stations option must be selected in the project settings on the Project Setup Station (click Project menu → Project Properties...Workflow tab).
