For commands of the Tasks toolbar, the image size must be 32x32px.

It is possible to manage visibility of custom toolbars from the menu. To add a menu item that will show/hide custom toolbars, on the Commands tab select a menu item to which the list of custom toolbars will be added and click Edit.... In the Edit Command dialog box that opens, select View from the Categories list and in the Commands list select Custom Toolbars. The Custom Toolbars item with the list of all custom toolbars will be added to the station menu.

Note: The Custom Toolbars command cannot be added on a toolbar, but to the menu only.
