Creating document batches

Documents to be processed are put into batches. The principles of grouping documents into batches are determined by the user. For example, the user may choose to process all documents as one batch, or group together documents imported on the same day or scanned at one go.

If a project contains no batches, the program will create a batch automatically when you attempt to add images.

To create a new batch manually, right-click the batch list in the main window and select New Batch... from the shortcut menu.

Note: To change the name of a batch, left-click the batch in the batch list and press the F2 key. Please note that the name of a batch may not exceed 90 characters.

When a batch is created, its type is specified, which determines the order in which the batch is to be processed.
