Manual database cleanup
You can delete data from the database manually. This can be useful if you unexpectedly run out of space, causing ABBYY FlexiCapture to stop working.
Open the Administration and Monitoring Console, click Settings → Cleanup and specify the time period for which you want to keep data in the Manual cleanup section. To delete data that was created earlier than the time period you specified, refresh the list by clicking the refresh button and then specify what data you want to delete:
- Processed batches deletes processed batches and the related event log records. This only deletes batches that are scheduled for deletion according to the batch type's deletion settings. You can specify these settings (how long processed batches are kept) on the Project Setup Station.
- Event log deletes all event log records that are not related to processed batches.
- Report data deletes all statistic data for reports.
Note: This command does not delete report data that was imported from the previous version of ABBYY FlexiCapture. This data will be deleted when event log data is deleted.
