Using the diagrams on the Processing Monitor → Performance page, the Tenant Administrator (or the System Administrator if the default tenant is used) or the Monitoring Operator can:
- Evaluate processing productivity
- Identify the time when a problem occurred
- View the number of pages uploaded for each project
- Determine which processing stage is causing the most problems
The Productivity diagram is a visualization of the number of pages or documents sent to the Processed stage within a period of time (1 hour, 24 hours, or 72 hours).
The Queued diagram is a visualization of the number of pages or documents currently queued at a specific stage.
Note: To exclude a stage from the diagram, click the name of the stage in the list below the diagram.
The Processing table contains general information about the pages that are currently being processed by the tenant.
