Automatic database cleanup

Automatic database cleanup is enabled by default. To adjust database cleanup options, open the Administration and Monitoring Console and click Settings → Cleanup. You can select which data should be deleted automatically:

  • Event log
    You can specify how often records that are not related to batch processing should be deleted. The default period is 14 days.
  • Report data
    You can specify how often statistic data that is used in reports should be deleted. The default period is 180 days.
    Note: This setting will not delete any report data that was imported from the previous version of ABBYY FlexiCapture. Such data will be deleted when event log data is deleted.
  • Security event log
    Security event log entries older than 1095 days will be deleted automatically.
