Extended diagnostics for converting documents using OpenOffice

If you are using OpenOffice to convert documents, you can enable conversion logging to perform extended diagnostics . To do this, set:

in the OfficeComConverter.exe.config file located in C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations.

The logs will be recorded in the AooConverter.log file located in the %temp% directory. After enabling logging, reproduce the error and analyze the relevant entries in the log file. If you cannot fix the error yourself, please, contact ABBYY’s technical support, providing the log file.
