Our technical support service experts will need the following information to answer your question competently:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your organization name
  • Your telephone number (or fax, or e-mail)
  • The serial number of your ABBYY FlexiCapture package
  • Build number (see Help → About → Build)
  • General description of your problem and the full error message text (if there was one)
  • Your computer and processor type
  • The version of your Windows operating system

You may supply us with any other information you consider important.

You can get some information automatically by clicking the System Info... button in the About ABBYY FormDesigner 12 dialog box (menu Help).
