E-mailing OCR Results
With ABBYY FineReader, you can e-mail recognition results in any of the supported formats with the exception of HTML.
To e-mail a document:
- On the File menu, click E-mail > Document…
- In the dialog box that opens, select:
- the format in which the document should be saved
- one of the saving options: save all pages to one file, save each page to a separate file, or split the document into files based on blank pages
- Click OK. An e-mail message will be created with the attached file(s). Specify the recipient and send the message.
You can also e-mail the images of document pages.
To e-mail page images:
- On the File menu, click E-mail > Images…
- In the dialog box that opens, select:
- the format in which the document should be saved
- Send as multi-page image file if you need to send the images as a multi-page file
- Click OK. An e-mail message will be created with the file(s) attached to it. Simply specify the addressee and send the message.
