Analyse d'un document

Avant la reconnaissance, ABBYY FineReader PDF analyse la structure du document et signale les zones qui contiennent du texte, des images et des tableaux. Chaque type de zone est mis en surbrillance avec une couleur spécifique.
L'analyse du document est nécessaire pour déterminer comment et dans quel ordre le programme doit reconnaître les différentes parties de l'image.

Après l'importation des images, l'analyse est lancée automatiquement si l'option de reconnaissance automatique est activée dans les paramètres de prétraitement. Si vous avez désactivé la reconnaissance automatique des nouvelles pages, vous pouvez être amené à lancer l'analyse manuellement.
L'analyse peut être lancée à l'aide de l'une des commandes suivantes :

  • la commande Analyser les pages sélectionnées ou Analyser toutes les pages du menu Page de l'application,
  • la commande Analyser la zone du menu Zone de l'application,
  • la commande Analyser du menu contextuel de la page,
  • la commande Analyser la zone du menu contextuel de la zone.

Remarque : Lorsque vous travaillez avec un document dont la mise en page est complexe, vous pouvez être amené à modifier manuellement les zones.
Attention : Si vous avez apporté des modifications à la mise en page du document, aux propriétés du texte ou à la structure du tableau, vous pouvez être amené à lancer la reconnaissance du document.

Remarque : Lorsque les commandes de reconnaissance ou d'exportation sont appelées, ABBYY FineReader PDF commence automatiquement l'analyse des pages qui n'ont pas encore été analysées. Cela inclut également l'analyse de la structure des tableaux.

Conseil : Pour analyser ou reconnaître une partie d'une page au lieu de la page entière :

  1. Tracez une ou plusieurs zones de reconnaissance.
  2. Sélectionnez les zones concernées.
  3. Sélectionnez la commande qui convient dans le menu Zone de l'application ou dans le menu contextuel de l'une des zones sélectionnées.
