System Requirements and Prerequisites

Important.

Timeline does not have backward compatibility with older Recording Service versions. That means, if you are planning to use Timeline 6.1, you should have Recording Service 6.1 also.
Recording Service and Timeline must be installed on separate computers.
Auxiliary Recording Service Agent must NOT be installed on the machine that hosts Recording Service.
The user workstations installing the Recorder, and the server hosting the Recording Service or Recording Service Agent must all be members of the same Active Directory domain. Please refer to the Active Directory Groups section for details.
