Managing tasks

When a project is selected you can receive tasks. By default tasks are received automatically. Click the button or select the Task → Automatic Task Receive item in the main menu to toggle automatic mode on or off. If automatic mode is off, use the button to receive a task.

The number of available tasks in Data Verification Queue is displayed in the All Tasks Count column. Click the button to refresh it.

You can also manage the task during data verification:

  • Reject Task. To stop working with a task, select Task → Reject Task in the main menu. When you reject a task you can save your changes and publish them for other Operators or not save changes and discard them.
  • Send Task to Exceptions.... If an unforeseen situation arises when you are working with a task, you can add this task to the exceptions queue by selecting Task → Send Task to Exceptions... of the main menu.

The Senior Verification Operator can send multiple tasks to another stage at once. To do this, enable the corresponding view mode (Queues for tasks, Batches for batches), select the batches or tasks you want to send to another stage, right-click one of them to open the shortcut menu or open the Tasks menu and click Send tasks to... to send tasks or Send to... → Stage to send batches (or press Ctrl+Alt+Q). In the dialog box that opens, specify the stage to which you want to send the tasks or batches, specify an Operator and a processing priority. If the desired Operator is not in the list, check whether he has all of the permissions necessary for working with the selected batch types on the selected stage.

Note: A document set cannot be transferred to a different processing stage in parts, it has to be moved in its entirety. If a document that is awaiting transfer to a stage is moved to a different document set, the document will not be transferred to the stage.

Note: Processing stages have a name and a type, and are specified individually for every batch type. Batches of different types can be simultaneously sent to the same processing stage only if that processing stage and its type have been specified for every batch in the selection.
