Verification of extracted data
Verification entails checking that the data has been recognized correctly and that the rules have returned no errors. Verification is done by human operators.
ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud provides unique URLs to direct verification operators to the data validation and the verification UI. The verification UI offers the same functionality as the ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Verification Station (see the About the Web Verification Station for details).
To open the verification UI for a task, follow these steps:
- Get the authorization header.
- Upload a file to the server.
For details, please refer to the Extraction of main invoices fields section.
- Start a document processing task to begin data extraction using the Task.Run method. Specify the verification_type parameter to be 'Troubleshooting' or 'UserVerification'.

- Track the task status using the method Task.Get. For details, please refer to the Extraction of main invoices fields section.
Once the task status has changed to WaitForAction, you can open the verification UI.

- Create a verification URL in the following format:
https://{cloud-host}/verification/{verification_id}
where {cloud-host} is your region host and {verification_id} is the verification identifier, which you have gotten in the response to the Task.Get method.
Example
- Open the verification URL in a browser.
- Track the task status. After the task status has changed to Done, you can download the output files and delete the task.
