Start the mobile upload.
Take a photo of an identity document:

For ID cards, position the front side of the ID card within the frame on the screen. Follow the tips that appear on the screen until the image is automatically captured. Repeat for the back side of the ID card.

For passports, position the passport so that the page with the photo is within the frame on the screen. Follow the tips that appear on the screen, and then tap the キャプチャー button.
