Important. Only the database table with screenshots is allowed to be moved to the new hard disk.

For details see "How to move database tables with screenshots to a new hard disk".

Other requirements
  1. The Recording Service works with Timeline 5.3
  2. Windows authentication is used to authorize the connection between the Recording Service and the Recorder instances installed on users' workstations. Configure Active Directory Groups you plan to use to connect the Recording Service with Recorders in advance. Please refer to the 'Configuring Active Directory Groups to Connect the Recording Service with Recorders' section for guidelines.
