Uploading Data from External Sources

You can upload large datasets from external sources, for example, via SFTP or from Salesforce, Five9 or ServiceNow.

Important. In Large Data Mode, a project will not accept data when use data sources such as Alteryx, Task Mining — Recording Service and Real-time data upload.

If you know that your project will contain a large amount of data (i.e. in excess of 500 MB), click your project name, then the Data sources tab in Project details and turn on the Automatically switch to Large Data Mode option. With this option turned on, the program will automatically switch to Large Data Mode when the data size in your project reaches 500 MB. With this option turned off, the program will stop uploading any data when data size in your project reaches 500 MB.
