User roles

Depending on their job functions, ABBYY FlexiCapture operators are granted different access permissions. Web Verification Station operators may have the following roles:

Verification Operator
This operator can take a task from a queue that is currently available, postpone a task, send a task to another stage, verify data, check document assembly errors, and check the rules for the task being processed.
Senior Verification Operator
This operator has access to all of the station's functionality, including batch routing and task selection.

The user with the role of Administrator grants access permissions to the operators involved in the given project. The administrator can also create custom roles by granting users permissions only to specific processing stages. For example, the administrator may grant access to different verification stages of the same batch to different users or groups of users, so that different sets of fields are verified by different users.
