Monitoring features of the Administration and Monitoring Console

One of the main functions of the Administration and Monitoring Console is to monitor ABBYY FlexiCapture, i.e. to provide you with information about the state and performance of the program. Such information includes recent errors, the number of batches currently being processed at each stage, batches with expired deadlines, the number of active stations and operators, etc. You can use this information when deciding whether to change the configuration of ABBYY FlexiCapture or to re-allocate resources.

Specifically, you can use the Administration and Monitoring Console to get the following information:

Summary

The Summary page of the Administration and Monitoring console displays general information about the availability, health, and workload of ABBYY FlexiCapture to the ABBYY FlexiCapture administrator and tenant administrators.

The following panes can only be viewed by the ABBYY FlexiCapture administrator:

  • The Errors pane, which displays the last three errors and warnings recorded in the tenant's event log
  • The License pane, which contains information about the ABBYY FlexiCapture main license (the expiration date, the number of pages remaining, and the license number)
  • The Productivity pane, which contains productivity diagrams for individual tenants

The following panes can be viewed by the tenant administrator:

  • The Errors pane, which displays the last three errors and warnings recorded in the tenant's event log
  • The License pane, which contains information about the ABBYY FlexiCapture main license (the expiration date, the number of pages remaining, and the license number)
    Note: This information is only available if the tenant is using a personal license. If the tenant is using the main license, the tenant administrator will not be able to see this information.
