Using the main license for tenants

Important! The main license can be used by multiple tenants. However, this will lead to certain limitations, such as a limit on the number of stations and a limit on the number of pages that can be processed.

By default, tenants use the main license to access ABBYY FlexiCapture. The main license can be activated by System Administrators in the ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 License Manager.

Note: If a tenant is using a tenant license, you can switch the tenant to the main license as follows:

Open the Administration and Monitoring Console and click Settings → Tenants.
Click a tenant's name to open its settings.
Enable the Share main license option.
Click Save.
